Christopher Di Giacomo Esq.
Born in Niagara Falls, Canada. Christopher earned his Juris Doctorate degree at New England School of Law and is admitted to the State Bar of Massachusetts and New York.
Prior to forming Di Giacomo & Gruss, Mr. Di Giacomo was an associate at Williams & Mahoney. During his employment, Mr. Di Giacomo was required to handle large caseloads dealing exclusively in the field of subrogation. He also assisted in a national litigation claim involving product liability losses.

Joseph Gruss Esq.
Born in Newburgh, New York. Joseph graduated with distinction from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then earned his Juris Doctorate degree at New England School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude J.D.
He is admitted to the State Bars of Massachusetts and New York and also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts.
Prior to forming Di Giacomo & Gruss, Attorney Gruss was a principal and managing partner of the Law Offices of Joseph W. Gruss. Mr. Gruss was also a Senior Specialist in the Partnership Tax Group at Investors Bank & Trust. There
he developed financial and accounting skills which allow him to resolve complex financial issues. His responsibilities specifically included partnership tax return preparation covering hedge funds, mutual funds and other institutional investment vehicles. He applies this knowledge at Di Giacomo & Gruss to develop innovative and creative financial strategies for the firm’s clients. Mr. Gruss’ practice is concentrated in the representation of insurance carriers, civil and criminal litigation and corporate counsel including corporate formation and continued business activities.
